‘The Studio’ by Airwerks is an indoor fitness studio that is also part of the cafe. It ranges in sessions from Yoga and Meditation to Bootcamps and Pilates with Pelaton lessons coming soon as well - there’s typically 4 different sessions a day that you can choose from, with multiple different instructors to suit your style.
